These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of GoodXfinity, a SaaS website builder platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using GoodXfinity, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GoodXfinity allows users to create and publish simple static websites. Each plan includes page limits (Free/Basic up to 2 pages per site, Pro up to 3 pages per site). Features, limits, and plan availability may change over time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for account security and for all activity performed under your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans are processed through Paddle. Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available within 14 calendar days from the payment date. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform, software, branding, and related materials are owned by GoodXfinity. Users retain ownership of the content they upload.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including spam or harmful code distribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, GoodXfinity is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, abuse, payment issues, or legal requirements.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
